Hi Friends!
I would have been very lazy lately about posting on blog (blame office works) but that wasn’t going to be an excuse for not wishing you all a warm happy new year.
Some take this time as a resolution time when they try to set the targets for the new year and some try to take a look back to see what happened in their lives and around last year & what to learn from those things.
For me, its simple. It was a real big year that just moved away from us. So so many exciting moments to count, either it be personal life (got married this year), either it be my office or it be social circles. Seen ups, seen downs, seen tears, seen smiles … Really a lot of things happened which will keep a big impression on my mind in whatever Ido in next years. Learned a lot from each of them and still ready to learn from whatever that comes across me.
It still looks like a dream when I check that how many of you are connected with me via mails, via tweets and via facebook. Its your trust and faith that always inspires me to stand tall and walk forward with confidence. Nothing more better I would have expected from the last year.
What in next year?
I really don’t know. I didn’t knew in start of year 2011 that it will be an year, when I will get my hands on almost all top end Symbian devices, top end MeeGo device, top end Windows Phones, top end Blackberry devices, top end iOS devices and typing this post from TouchPad itself… I had no idea that "Layman’s take" will get so much love from Nokia and my readers. So I can’t really think of what to expect next.
Just want to say a Hi to all and shout loud …Happy New Year
2012.. A year whom some have even mentioned as even end of the world, so are you scared of it or ready to make the most of it like me?
Happy New Year Nitish.
Respected Sir!
what an eventful year it was… our state is in a phase of rennaissance today, all thanks to you and your innovative ideas… its very fascinating and encouraging to witness the whole idea of planting trees to become a member of your party, leaving a sense of responsibility for everyone to be sensitive towards our deteriorating environment… i would like to congratulate you for bringing in a strong lokayukta in place when the entire is craving for one at the centre… and the various reforms being undertaken in different departments today is commendable!
If today we can say with proud that we are progressing its because of the good governance in place.. The Credit certainly goes to YOU and your team! We are with you sir.
With the hope that this is just the beginning, i wish You, Sir, A HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2012!
with regards,
Dr. Shivnandan Singh,
Sherpur,Maner,Patna.
It is really pleasing to note that Bihar is progressing. Having been in the darkness, it is really pleasing to notice positive changes. At the same time I would like to caution that there are enormous gaps between what is proposed and what it is delivered. This is precisely because of the deficiency in the delivery system for which the administrative infrastructure needs to be overhauled. The Augean Stable has to be cleaned in order that delivery system improves. There are many bottlenecks in the path to progress. We need to clean up Bihar both physically and metaphysically and you have the competence of doing both. All that is required is to improve the wherewithal to do that.
There are citizens who make specific suggestions/comments from time to time which should be seen in person. Understandably, you are a busy person. Therefore, it may not always be possible to see everything with your own eyes. It would then be the duty of those assisting you to brief you honestly on what is trickling in as suggestions/comments of people. You must ensure that you have such persons around.
Wish you a very successful and eventful 2012 and would like to end with a suggestion that you should have a blog writer who can write grammatically correct English. Bihar is known for its excellence in the field of knowledge and it really looks bad that someone should our CM’s blog in such a poor English.
Wish you once again a happy and CORRUPTION-FREE Bihar.
Hi, did you ever succeed in installing Ubuntu or MeeGo on your Nokia Booklet 3G? I can install Ubuntu 10.04, but only with 800×600 resolution due to the GMA500, and I’ve had no luck with MeeGo. Cheers!
There are drivers for ubuntu. That should work for greater resolutions. As about meego then when I tried it wasn’t available for booklet. ChromiumOS worked
Dear nitish ji

Keep up the good work. We are with you and really proud to have you as our chief minister
Its such as you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this,
like you wrote the guide in it or something. I think that you can do with some p.c.
to power the message house a bit, however
instead of that, that is great blog. A great read.
I’ll certainly be back.
