Skyfire-You can play Farmville on Nokia N82

Farmville: An addition of web surfers in same way cigarettes might be for some office goers. Symbian users always been deprived of experiencing the same due to heavy flash used in the same and only Flash Lite 3.0 can’t do Farmville. Look like Skyfire taken the task. Yes!! You can use heavy flash on your only Flash Lite 3.0 device with Skyfire.

I given Skyfire a try for running Farmville on my Nokia N82 and the result were …

FarmVille on Nokia N82

Not sure what doing the trick, but as much I could guess and read, it render websites first as images rather than actual pages and this explains how it handles Flash. Flash might be playing on servers and device must be getting series of pictures. This implies that this kind of Flash performance should be fast on faster connections like 3G or Wi-Fi and worse if using mere GPRS.

I really want to invite users, if could comment about technique being used behind the same. Till then have good comparison between Opera and Skyfire (Courtesy Original post)

How many of British customs we are following?

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

Add to Google Buzz

Continuing with my own trend of being late into things, here I am with the latest debate raised by Environmental Minister Jairam Ramesh, when on April 02, 2010 at seventh convocation ceremony of Indian Institude of Forest management, he termed the wearing of the traditional convocation robe as a ‘barbaric colonial practice’.

convocationSometimes we educated people find ourselves really in weird state of mind, when finding things like this get attention more than the issues that affect common man’s life. May be the statement make some sense, but doesn’t the whole education system must be a matter of more concerns than a uniform thing?

In reference of the same, I found the Mumbai Mirror article a real good read. It reports that this isn’t the first instance, when such a disagreement with the customs might have been shown. Lawyers in Mumbai’s civil and sessions courts moved a resolution making black gowns optional (Though that demand had more to do with Mumbai’s humid weather than anti-colonial sentiments, the flowing gowns have been discarded). Similarly, In 2004, the department of posts decided to change the uniform of their postmen from the heavy khaki of the colonial era to blue trousers and shirts. It was felt that the old uniform with embellishments like metal buttons and cap was unsuitable for India’s weather.

Sure, these demands weren’t in same context in which Mr. Jairam has taken his concerns, but sure its not unusual to expect something like this from our politicians. Still I am not condemning it, just try to reason with facts …

Hasn’t this be the case many times that we have changed names of streets, buildings  and roads in name of our leaders from old British names? Haven’t people find more pride in calling Mumbai rather than long established name Bombay now? What’s wrong if someone is talking about changing one more thing ….

Sometimes it really needs to be figured out that what are we following for convenience and what might be roadnameactually hurting the sentiments.

Most of us don’t mind wearing jeans, paint-shirts or even foreign brands coz it reasons well for convenience. We reason with renaming of roads, bus/ railways stations and buildings in name of Indians as even in that time, when it was named, it was named to honor someone without caring for our sentiments or might be renamed from some other names.

Similarly, it seems justified if wearing gowns on occasion of convocation reminds us of the fact that its a British custom. But there are many other things to think upon, let’s know about a few ….

  1. whole education system is based on British Customs otherwise, we had some very other kind of gown system in our country then. Rather than flirting with inner sentiments that why to spend money on buying gown to wear on some particular day only, when it has no cultural or educational objective, why not to think about the education system itself?

As about the gown itself, then let me tell you that gown is not only British, but its something all over the world. Gown is a symbol to show equality among students, who are now about to face the real world. Throwing the caps in air was symbol for the same. In our ancient culture, we had a similar tradition that the student was to live in Brahamcharya/ Ashram culture, where they were bound to beg before people of city for food and do all the works of Ashram. They were meant to leave behind what they belonged to, however rich, however powerful, Ashram rules were same to all. Once, their study period was over, there was also trend of convocation, where they were to leave Ashram cloths and wear there regular ones.

In this way, if we see, then time has changed, students are not forced to wear uniforms while study and obviously, we see inequality between students, when someone come with branded cloths/ watches/ cell phones and someone very ordinary cloths. The cruel social life starts from very beginning.

Is this wrong, if every student get a sense of equality on the day, he/ she leaves the institution?  If really have to change something then should work up on education system, the way it treats, the way it creates … that’s what outdated today coz it was created in context of making clerks for British administration then.

  2. Whole Justice system of India is based on British customs Your Honor! Me Lord! His Highness!!! the words have became this much common that we forgot that if they were having any context in current scenario. Was everything created by British system so bad that should be discarded?
  3. The biggest railways/ road network of the world is also a British heritage. Mentioning it not to say that British given a lot to us, but to remind that not everything that belongs to a wrong name would be wrong.

If you calling uniforms off then why not to apply the same on doctors, nurses, postmen, constables, police officers, army or similar of those? Why shouldn’t they also be relaxed? Though I know that it doesn’t matter for them coz doesn’t influence cheap votes, but I wish if the concerns were for changing something that actually affects students.

The Nokia device after 10 years

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

Add to Google Buzz

Another competition from @WomworldNokia, where this time they have thrown another stone in the pond by asking the question that what a Nokia device will look like in future, say 10 years later. You can win some Nokia goodies like their legendary BH-905 headset or other Nokia/ Ovi goodies or Nokia T-Shirts etc. Though that Ovi Map competition is still on till April 13, 2010, but those who might not have won something there.. could try their luck again this time…

10 years would be a long time and things should evolve really a lot than we could have been thinking now, many of you already seen the concept of future Laptop and also the news that half of its part already could be available soon. So, what would be still there to stay …

Being a realistic person, I wont go directly into Star Treks (like many people used to think about 21st century). Battery life, signal strength, usability, portability and one in all that Nokia always tried to make (hope that this hunger will never stop) always been and must be the prime elements that gonna to stay here always when we talk about Smart Phones. So, I will try to revolve my thoughts around the same and will keep it centered around what really seems to be possible after 10 years.

Battery Life: The future will be sure of such device that would be running insanely longer without any battery restrictions. We reached up to 15-16 hours of talk time, but still this will be a place, where people will be looking for in future. Taking the idea from Quartz based wrist watches, I really think that something could be devised that would be running from body heat or movements coz this would be a thing that will sustain for sure than anything else like Sun, Atomic energy or anything else. More of it, this would be a step towards Eco device as well.

Just think, you will not be needed to charge your phone or replace your batteries for very long like you don’t do with your wrist watches. You will never cry on switched off phones in odd places.

Signal Strength: Connecting people … been the slogan of Nokia and so Nokia always worked upon Signal_Strength_Bar-2 presenting devices with legendary signal reception. But still all been dependent of service provider all the time. We watched people in movies crying over signal reception just like the way we find ourselves out of battery in crucial occasions. Obviously, the thing that needed to be evolved most.

Considering the step taken with Nokia N900, VOIP is sure a core of future technology and extending the same in future context, technology should evolve in a way that connects each global connections in the same way (something like we seen in Anti-Trust movie). Something that could make use of radio connections, TV signals, Wi-fi signals or anything like that in the same way for powerful voice conversations or data usages. Something such will reduce the dependencies over service provider signals and roaming issues as everything will be combined and providers will be earning money through cloud usages only.

just think, you will not be needed to worry about if that place, you wanna go will make you out of signal reception or you would be paying for higher if travelled in some other country. You are connected, no matter where ever you are.

Usability & Portability: The way of using phones has changed a lot since the first telephonic conversationsericsson_spider_computer_02 started. Not long, when we were used to wait outside the PCOs for our turn in night after 11PM for some cheaper calls or the time, when we were needed to call the operator to book some long distance call or those old phones, we were needed to move the ring in rounds to dial some number. Starting from getting slim phones, now its all being changed into touch phone and qwerty era. One can never be assured that what the next turn the technology will take and what users will like in next.

We seen Minority Reports movie and the way, Tom Cruise interacted with machines there. We started getting such cameras in market that are having inbuilt projectors. Sure one can think about a future where dialing number would be more of voice based than any touch or press interface itself or even combination of all such input methods. Voice recognition technologies are evolving and same time processing power of Smart Phones too. Its very realistic to think about such a time when dialing would be having plenty of options like voice commands, a projected screen in air that could take any size you wanted (like some from 3.5 to 10 meters). Even one could think of tiny Bluetooth headset or of any other technology then, which will remove the necessity of using hands completely.

Such flexible devices could be wrapped around your wrist, may be part of your color or anything like that (as you seen in the concept future Laptops) and the concept of cloud could extend things in a way that even phones wont matter about connecting people and the device we would be having then would be kind of some universal nature. Whole data like your contacts, SMS, music contents and even call history etc will be saved in cloud only (depending upon evolved connectivity then).

Just think, with the same device you would be calling someone, doing presentations at office and even using as personal theater at home. Never using hands for calling and provided evolved video calling then maybe not even voice if required at occasions. You would be carrying the same like regular dressing coz you have not to worry about its size, not to worry about its battery and not even needs to be worried about connectivity.

Really so many thoughts in mind, but summarizing into a few points …

What I see in #FutureNokia is

  1. Seamless connectivity over any available global connection like TV/Radio signals
  2. Addition of projectors in Smart Phones (its high time to introduce one as cameras already did)
  3. Batteries that could run unusually long over Human body movement or heat etc
  4. Use of flexible displays to make the device settle down in untraditional places
  5. Consistent experience over device due to cloud technology.

future-search5-2Though it wont be part of the competition as the competition actually needs hand drawn, photoshoped or anything like such drawing to be submitted that how the device will ‘look like’ not what it’ll be, but I am happy with sharing my thoughts only.

More than the competition itself, the thought really touched me more and sent me back there in my teenage kid_dreaming when I was like 12-13 years and with one of my friend from a big wrist watch shop, I was used to dream about future things, those common fantasies like we were able to disappear, if we were able to travel faster than thoughts, if we were able to make a home, where there were so many mirrors placed in a way that even light get trapped for more than 12 hours and we were able to enjoy daylight even at night time without spending anything. We were used to use tiny motors from watches for making fans or button based curtain openers for woody little houses we were making, were used to take part in showcasing toys in dynamic manner in front of public using so many little tricks with electronic parts.

Oh… those days.. one get trapped if starts thinking about them, but still I think that we were used to be more creative then or thoughts were more fresh than any mature one ever could have. I really think that Nokia should open some kind of competition for kids in the same way to know that which design will be cool. Definitely, kids could surprise you more for sure.

Kartik Calling Kartik Movie review

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

Add to Google Buzz

Didn’t it took me longer to write review over some movie again. Look like now days, I am writing too many things but this part of me been away for a while.

The above is not exactly true as in all of my last reviews, I mentioned that I come to write over something only if it touches me in that way and so this explains why not so many reviews over movies from my side even if I kept a separate category for it. Anyway … let me start with the special one.

Starting with lines that I am happy for Hindi Cinema coz they started making movies differently, been so common about my reviews. The reason is simple, they really started doing this otherwise, we would not have been to get Kartik Calling Kartik kind of movie surfaced on the screen. Its one of those movie, which plays in your mind and makes you think rather than staying on the screen only and sure had the reasons to make it into my movie reviews collection.

Kartik calls Kartik … no .. its not some other Kartik, but he hear himself, no … not his conscience, but his actual voice on phone. He tried to investigate from exchange as well, but they say no calls made to him … Can you believe it?

How’s that possible? Is someone playing with him? Is he insane? If so, then how others heard the same call in front of himself sitting quiet? Is there any ghost? Supernatural? What is it?

The puzzle goes long, the Kartik on the other side, changes the life of Kartik dramatically. The loser guy becomes successful and even gets his girl. He was top of the world, keeping a little secret inside himself. Kartik calls Kartik …. What if he reveal the secret?? He does it and whole little world of him flips down. Kartik on the other side, takes it to kill him, to destroy him. He run.. run to somewhere no one can find him, much far from the place he always lived in, some address even he don’t know. Can he run from him??? Find out by watching the movie itself… believe me this worth it.

Keep suspense a side, the story tells us the ancient truth that somewhere answers to all of our questions lie within us. No one else could show us a better path than our self coz no one knows you more. The same things changes in yours favour when you start looking over them differently. Watch the movie and think once in this way.

Neeraj Publications-Arrogance take you nowhere

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

It would never been the case that I might be writing over some particular shop or misbehave of employees there coz I understand the way things work. Acts of individuals should not be linked with the reputation of shop/ enterprise itself, but still thought to make a point over online bookings or book shops might be working.

I been fond of reading books but sure not like those big ones, who can be found living with lots of books at books home. On the contrary, you wont find any books at my place as whatever I buy, get borrowed or gifted away soon as I repeat read books only over years. But, I am sure one of those many crying out there for the fact that we don’t find enough buyers or readers for books and only those books make through reach public, which might have been pushed a little bit by media or some award that might have got. But let me share a few experiences here to tell you all why books stay far from reach …

My experience is very ordinary and could easily be defended by the Book Shop itself saying that its not possible to please everyone, but still what a helpless buyer could be doing than just making a point …

The matter was just simple.. my sis called me for some IGNOU books from Mumbai. Unfortunately, even delivery_man_CoolClips_vc012362 though important, sometimes, its hard to find these books on common bookshops. Searching leads to you a name Neeraj Books, New Delhi and that’s the reason I got call as I live in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi now days. This isn’t been the first occasion, I got a similar request in late 2009, somewhere in November. Will also mention that but bad part first ..

Having a pretty busy schedule and life, sometimes, it doesn’t allow me to drive all over to the shop myself, which is just 9 kms from here I guess (though on opposite route, where I don’t go most of the time). I preferred to order over phone and web both the times. Last time, I dropped a mail to info@neerajbooks.com and also placed an order through their site, but no one came up. I called up them and after dozens of time, when someone picked up then I was to know that it would take at least 15 days to get those books delivered to me. Great!!!!

Interesting to hear. I have got my Laptop delivered to me from UK all the way within seven days, I got Nokia Trial devices from WomWorld, London within three days twice and here where I don’t even get confirmation or some kind of tracking about order status, I am supposed to wait for 15 days just for knowing that if books are available, will be sent or whatever… ?? Make sense??

I was annoyed even that time too… but somehow my phone was picked by some decent man, who was able to reach out to Laxmi Nagar itself. First I discussed with him about the option that if I could send the book directly to Mumbai if its gonna take the same time, but it was he, who came out with the option that as he know the area, he could himself deliver the books to me. I was sure happy with that and I got the books in two days only as it was man-to-man delivery otherwise I was struggling through channels.

Its true that you can’t be lucky all the times to meet the right man and it has to do more with the system itself. Whenever, you are making some site and placing some kind of order system, you need to be prompt about mailing things and also need to make sure that each request get attended and replied in real time otherwise, no point of having such a website, you are wasting time of customer.

Yes!! Your guess is right, I was not lucky this time. I talked to them over phone and asked if I could buy some begging books and they said Ok.. I mentioned that I could order from site, they said that would be better and books could be delivered easily as you are talking about a nearby and familiar place Laxmi Nagar. I placed the order and later when I tried to confirm the same (as I got no acknowledgement of my mail or even of order that I submitted through order form on their site), then someone on their side replied that it will take at least 15 days. I said at least I could be acknowledged and why should it take this much time, when its a local delivery only?

I got the arrogant reply back that I should buy the books from any shop in Laxmi nagar itself. I was just shocked on the words spoken. Thanks.. it seems that you are really doing kind of some social service for free that gives you right to say that to a customer. No wonder that books are still far from reach even in the era of online purchases.

Unfortunately, I have no other option left than taking an off from my office, drive to Neeraj Books and buy the books all by myself rather than relying on this online purchase way. Hope will do that today or tomorrow …

I also had similar experiences, when tried to buy books for myself earlier from Rajkamal Prakashan, but those people weren’t arrogant like this even when they had monopoly in same way. That time I was buying Chandrakanta Santati (6 Parts). I order through online and I got followed over phone and even intimated that books are not available right now, but will be back to tell you once new prints will be available. Though before new prints might have came, I found it from other shop two parts in some other print and rest four in other. So the story ended, but still I get newsletters from Raj Kamal Prakashan.

I think that’s the way someone communicate with customers not the way, Neeraj Books take thinking that people have to come to them in anyway. Someone should team them a lesson for sure …

Update 1: while writing the blog post, I wrote to them on April 09, 2010 …

Writing though I don’t think that anyone read this. Will post at right place for sure.

Thanks for the arrogant conversation I had with someone from yours side on number 91-11-23260329, that "I should buy the book from somewhere else if in hurry", when I was just enquiring about status of my order, which I didn’t got confirmed.

I am really not sure about the process you have in your place or the esclation matrix, you might be following for the complaints. definitely one could buy the books from somewhere else and having the books with you don’t make you priviledged to treat the orders in this way.

Got the below given tailor made reply from their side finally by today April 10, 2010, after my furious mail mentioned above …

I have replied that I will buy the books from some local shop in that case. Still I am helpless coz know that it wouldn’t be that easy to find the books from somewhere else and I have to drive to the bookshop finally. 😦

Update 2: Someone from Neeraj Books contacted me today morning 8:40 AM, April 13, 2010. Informed that out of 7, 4 books are available with them and as the delivery address is local, they could manage to deliver the books personally. That was what I expected at the first place. Not sure that I was talking to the same person, I talked in last instance or in the instance months back.

Still issue is with timings, as most of the times, I remain in office. Though I asked him for Sunday, but will contact him again, if he could deliver the same books at a shop nearby my place, whom I will pay the money in advance.

Hope I will get a happy ending. Will update…

Anyone noticed improved IPL telecast on YouTube?

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

Add to Google Buzz

Just noticed something while watching Delhi Dardevils Vs Kolkata Knight Riders on YouTube/IPL. YouTube seems to have made some serious changes for live telecast since April 07, 2010 or two three days before. The video quality has really improved a lot in resolutions and the improvement is no way lesser that one wont notice. Not sure about the technical details as unable to find any mention on their own site. But its really a welcome step.

Don’t know its due to the fact that I am getting past of teenage or the fact that losing game to Bangladesh in last World Cup made many of Indians not that much interested in Cricket anymore, but it’s is true that these are sure not those days, when I am very much involved in each bit of cricket as I was earlier used to be. Could say lack of cable at home now days might be added in to the same. With Live Telecast of IPL in this season, Youtube/Google really have connected many like me back to Cricket again.

Even then I can’t assure that I always surf YouTube/IPL page in time with start of the match everyday, but when yesterday I did the same then a pleasant surprise was waiting for me there. The quality was exactly something like might have been that of any TV Telecast. I was really up to asking that when does this happened. Even YouTube controls were different than usual (Will add screenshot of controls later) Check out ..

Youtube1

I am on 22” TFT+MTNL 3G+ NVidia 8600, but don’t think these things do anything much special about YouTube broadcast, but really owe you Google. 🙂

Shoaib, Sania and Ayesha-whats real and whats not?

[tweetmeme source=”mrnitishkumar” only_single=”false”]

Add to Google Buzz

Shoaib Malik Ayesha Siddhiqui Sania and Sohrab Sania MIrza

Its not been long when whole world was in rage over headline that mom tweeted when son was drowning, without knowing the actual story and timings. Not a new thing to world now, where tweets are already being taken as official statements from celebrities and get reactions in same ways. And then we see Shoaib Malik tweeting about wedding with Sania Mirza (though later we hear that Shoaib is not on twitter though the news is true. Really too much twists in the story) ….. but wait “is the story only this much?

Not sure about the course of events or if some news might have surfaced in past as well, but trying to bring the story as it came.

  1. Sania come to be most searched Indian personality on web in Pakistan.
  2. Sania get engaged with childhood friend Sohrab on July 10, 2009.
  3. Sania announces that she will not be playing Tennis any more after marriage.
  4. After a media rage, Sohrab denies the earlier stand and says she will continue to play.
  5. Speculations start about Sania not being interested in marriage with Sohrab anymore.
  6. Citing difference of opinions between two, the engagement get scrapped.
  7. Shoiab Malik’s alleged twitter account confirms news related to him and Sania on March 29, 2010.
  8. Sania Mirza’s Facebook account status confirms the same on day next, but says Shoaib not on twitter.
  9. First controversy sparks when Pakistan Tennis Federation Chairman Abbas stated that, Sania has to represent Pakistan only as she will become a citizen of Pakistan after her marriage. Though reverted back the statement later on
  10. A girl named Ayesha surfaced saying that Shoaib already has married her 6 years ago, when he was 20 years old. A series of telephonic interviews take over on all channels heating up the debate that is Shoaib any match for the fat and not that good looking girl?

Since then we seen so many telephonic interviews of Ayesha sometimes citing Nikahnama, sometimes showing Trophies won by Shoaib with her, sometimes saying that she got a miscarriage of Shoaib’s child, claims that she has proofs of their staying at Taj Hotel, statements from family that they just needs divorce nothing else, they file case in police and many including Pakistan’s officials and Sania’s family unite with Shoaib, who is in Hyderabad now till the case resolves.

Find some of the videos around the same controversy ….

There are many videos on the web, one could search for on this topic, many celebrities are catching up saying that its a personal affair of two and other should keep their nose out of it, many opinions on talk shows/ news papers and stories are piling up with each new statement of girl itself.

What’s to take, what’s to leave? Who is gaining, who is loosing? Media will cry, but soon this all will be settled down like once Azhar and Sangeeta marriage issue now forgotten. Soon people will skip fat and not so good looking Ayesha’s crying voice and will catch up with marriage preparations of the celebrity duo. Is this all right? What if Shoaib really felt cheated? or what if she said truth all the time?  Is anything matters?

The story touches me for my own personal reasons. Tried to think from both the sides, but still I didn’t find a respectable place to come out of this controversy without hurting all. What one can do in such a circumstance?

Ayesha Siddhiqui’s version, she meets a young cricket star from other country and felt excited as he likes to talk to her. We will never be sure that did she sent the real pics. Shoaib mentioned but never shown the other pics saying that he don’t want to tarnish the image of the other girl by releasing the pics in public. Also that why Shoaib fallen for her? But in above video (last one), we sure find him blushing, singing and accepting wedding with Ayesha. Ayesha says that he always assured her that “she is not ugly in his eyes, but beautiful in own ways” and Ayesha also says that she gone under plastic surgery to look good for him. She even talks about miscarriage of her child with Shoaib.

She further says that Sania been a family friend of her and Shoaib met Sania through herself only. She and her family adds perhaps once he became famous as cricketer and that too specially hot among girls, then he lost interest with girl, whom he once fallen for by only talking over phone and even then stayed for a while for sake of their relations. Today when he announces marriage with Shoaib, then it becomes a shock for the family, but not that big surprise as already they felt the distances from quite a while and knowing the fact that now nothing will come back, they just wish to get divorce.

Ayesha-with-Shoib1

Shoaib Malik’s version, Shoaib Malik allegedly married Ayesha Siddiqui through a telephone ‘nikah’ on June 3, 2002. But, in a statement in Karachi on January 21, 2008, Shoaib claimed that no nikah had taken place. The cricketer said his marriage plans with the Hyderabadi girl ended because both families could not reach an understanding on certain issues.

"Yes, I had a long relationship with her and we planned to get married. But no nikah ever took place. In the end, our families could not reach an understanding over various things," Malik had said.

Ayesha’s father, M A Siddiqui, had then said that the family would move court if his daughter did not get a divorce. Pakistani players were even feted to a grand reception by the Siddiqui family in Hyderabad when the team toured India in 2005.

What Shoaib presents is this… he in been a long and good relationship with a girl named Ayesha, whom he never met in person, but call it madness of teenage or whatever, he agreed for a telephonic nikah with her without seeing. He tried meeting her many times, but every times, her maha apa met saying that she has put some weight upon her and wants to take that away first or things like that. Later on realizing that he has been cheated, he made himself away from the family. Though I haven’t verified the same, Shoaib’s Interview with TOI says he already had filed case against Siddhiqui’s family for fraud in 2008 and was under impressions that the matter was settled down right then. A must read as we already hearing and buying much from Ayesha’s side.

Now, he is ready to face all allegations in court to prove him innocent and clear his image.

Question is that what court gonna decide?

Technically speaking, the court case is filed with accusing him for defaming the image of the girl. While Ayesha’s side may piles up many evidences for marriage, Shoaib still has the case as its not he who started this (defaming) at first place and secondly, if they insist that marriage was done, then why didn’t they filed a case, when Shoaib and his family denied two years back about the marriage.

Even if marriage is an issue, then Indian Muslim personal law and Pakistani laws allow Shoaib to marry with more than one wife. So, I wont be surprised about any decision and know that what fate this story will take. There is nothing that court would be deciding and no reasons that either of the parties gonna get any verdict against them.

Though if Shoaib came under IPC 420 as Ayesha’s family trying to do, then sure his side needs to worry, but they will not win the game on moral ground as it will remain the same for them; a lost battle … years back. They know that it cant be a genuine match.

Question is both practical and emotional ….

Changing statements from Shoaib side and in spite of filmy looking story, Ayesha’s side neat statements supported by evidences says a lot. It really hurts being at a girl’s place, who gets rejected only due to the fact that she is not that good looking. It was fine if was at first place, but being in love and relationship for a while and then finding that it was a mistake hurts for sure.

Practical side says that what’s point in being with someone whom you cant relate yourself nor find yourself being with from inside of heart. In place of cheating a spouse its better to be other relationship. And above all, its personal choice of two being married.

What I think?

I really don’t know that I would be able to find myself at one side in this case.

For me, its wrong to get into court or media first. Not only you defame the other one, but defame yourself as well that too for getting nothing … as the other already had moved on or somewhere inside you already know that did right at his/ her place. Yes!! they wanted nothing but a divorce only. But the time was right, if they asked for the same back in 2008 or even if now, then in private not through media. Was that some revenge kind of? What you think will come back, if you defame someone so aggressively? You will gain nothing, neither will let them…

Shoaib is wrong, if he come up with stories like never met, never seen, wrong girl shown etc. It sours the thing and sure doesn’t look acceptable in any practical sense. It make sense if he changed his mind after meeting the girl or after knowing that her appearance not gonna change and he wont be comfortable to be seen with her later on. But it doesn’t make sense firing guns against someone you been in love once.

I didn’t wanted to write over this as already much being said about it on web, but still had my reasons to speak. Hope you all will add your comments to push the conversation further.

Update April 08, 2010

Everyone is coming out with own part of story like this pakpals site presented its kind of truth and even Nikahnama is now public (picture below)

NIKAH7 This site and some other Pakistani sites came up with the story that Shoaib met Ayesha in a restaurant of Dubai in 2001, where he fallen for her pretty friend Maha and later on Ayesha was the one, who kept talking with him posing she is Maha. Reasons to believe on this story is also that what the reason might be that someone would sign an important paper like marriage document with some other name than the official one, which is already on other papers?

Currently, after involvement of many family friends and even a politician, both the parties agreed to a settlement that Shoaib will divorce Ayesha for sake of clearing the way to marry Sania though Ayesha’s father asked to divorce in public. Shoaib agreed to that as well and matter seemed to settled down finally. More of it, though it was being speculated that the settlement may involve a large sum of money, but it was revealed that only part of money was involved Rs. 15, 000/- that was under Sharia.

This makes Sania the second wife of Shoaib, not the first one and still leaves many questions behind that was Shoaib spoke lies all the time or he did divorce just for sake of clearing the name from controversy, which happened coz he believed something else in his innocence?

Still as the video footage shown above says that till the last moments both the parties were not agreed to take any step back by an inch, it opens the speculations that if Shoaib-Sania agreed only for sake of clearing their marriage on April 15, 2010. Perhaps there was no options left for the couple in such a situation, but may be truth will revealed after few months, if the proofs from both the side ever came out to public….
